The maintenance & troubleshooting of pressing machine?
1. Fill all oil cups 2-4 times per day.
2. Clean 1-2 times every week.
3. When rattling, replace springs or adjust the tension of the punch or the brake, if noise still exists, send to the manufacturer for repairing, possibly changing shaft key, clutch, etc.
4. If footswitch or manual switch does not work, check for:
A. Condition of footswitch (no sound while stepping)
B .Condition of the limit switch on the clutch (no sound while pressing)
C. Condition of the electromagnet on the clutch (burnt-out, no attraction)
5. In the event of repeat motion, check the following:
A、Is the limit switch on the clutch OK? (no sound while pressing)
B、Is the relay inside the electrical box OK?
C、Does the clutch stop work well? Has the spring broken?
6. After punch descended on the lower die, no further motion.
A、Turn off switch immediately, otherwise motor will burn out.
(Note: burning-out of motor under this condition is regarded as misuse)
B、Reverse flywheel to make it ascend. (using wrench and handle)
C、Loosen stroke adjusting nut, adjust the screw up to separate the upper and lower parts. (Using wrench and handle)
